Maritime Anti-Terrorism Training (MATT)
Readiness redefined. We don’t just train for threats—we prepare your teams to meet them head-on. Our MATT Program delivers Tier 1 counter-threat instruction to secure critical ports, vessels, and critical supply chains. Our training is designed for military, law enforcement, and port authority personnel to deter, detect, prevent and respond to maritime threats. MATT training can be customized and includes vulnerability assessments, force-on-force scenarios, and maritime security protocols to enhance the layered security of seaports and protect critical assets.
Surveillance Detection
Identify a threat before danger strikes. Our Surveillance Detection (SD) training is designed to give your teams the tools to identify, disrupt, and neutralize threats before an attack takes shape. This isn’t theory—it’s a proactive method rooted in real-world cases where attackers conducted extensive surveillance to exploit weaknesses. We train your team to think like adversaries: to identify logical observation points, detect patterns of suspicious behavior, and apply layered counter-surveillance tactics that shrink an attacker’s operational space.
Citadel Protect: Scenario-based readiness at sea.
As a flagship service under our MATT Program, we facilitate Citadel Protect: a U.S. Navy program that equips naval personnel with real-world tactical skills. Our instructors lead high-intensity, scenario-based training at U.S. and international naval bases, simulating active maritime threats using Multiple Integrated Laser Engagement System (MILES) gear to track response accuracy and precision under pressure—such as during high-speed maneuvers while employing weapons.
