Security Services Training
Trained. Tested. Trusted.
We don’t manufacture products. We develop people. Training is the foundation of everything we do. Our rigorous program ensures every officer is equipped with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to carry out their mission with excellence. Using a task-based model, we combine classroom learning, skill refreshers, and real-world exercises. Aligned with ISC best practices, we ensure all security personnel are ready to perform.

Building confidence and capability.
Our training ensures every officer has the knowledge, skills, and mindset to perform with confidence and integrity. Through a structured approach, we build a security force ready for any mission. Our strategy includes four key components:
Initial Training
Comprehensive training to ensure understanding of role, responsibilities, and contract-specific duties.
Sustainment Training
Regular training keeps personnel current on evolving standards, policies, and regulations.
Cross-Training
Staff are trained across functions to support flexibility, continuity, and resilience
Corrective Training
Targeted retraining addresses gaps and uphold standards of conduct, compliance, and capability.
