In every organization, there are people who model what it means to lead with humility and serve with consistency. For Hana, that person is Rob McKenney.
After 10 years of successfully leading the Social Security Administration contract in Maryland as Project Manager and 2 years as the IRS-MD Contract Manager, Rob has been promoted to Project Manager for the entire Mid-Atlantic region, overseeing operations across Norfolk, VA; Philadelphia, PA; Earle, NJ; and Boston, MA. It’s a major footprint, and one we’re confident Rob will manage with the same steady hand.
A proud Marine Corps and Army veteran, Rob’s journey began as a PSO at the Social Security Administration back in 2011. He worked his way up the ranks from Lieutenant to Assistant Project Manager and finally to Project Manager where he learned the ins, outs, and nuances of operations.
Rob brings more than operational experience to the table. He brings people together. Whether it’s training new hires, troubleshooting tough days, or ensuring mission readiness across multiple states, Rob leads with a calm presence.
Outside of work, Rob is a family man. He’s been married for over 20 years and is a proud father of two sons. When he’s not on the job, you’ll likely find him planning his next Caribbean cruise or Great Smoky Mountain vacation—a well-deserved break for someone who’s navigated every challenge in his career.
