Meet Skip McGee: A man who likes to keep it light, and keep it tight.
We're excited to introduce Skip McGee to the 'Ohana. He is The Hana Group's first Safety and Training Ambassador.
And we're thrilled to have him aboard.
In his first message to the team that you can see here, Skip shares a simple philosophy built on years of experience working alongside security professionals: the best officers show up, stay alert, handle business, and go home knowing they did the right thing.
As part of his role, Skip is committed to providing practical training, guidance, and support to help you stay safe and continue delivering the high standards our clients expect.
Skip recognizes that security work comes with long hours, unpredictable situations, and moments that require quick judgment. That's why he emphasizes vigilance, adherence to procedures, and looking out for one another.
As he reminds us, "That's how we win as one."
At the same time, Skip believes professionalism doesn't mean taking ourselves too seriously. His message encourages officers to stay sharp without being stiff, enjoy the work, and bring positive energy to every shift.
